The blood test specialist hit my son of only 7 years old, trying to put a double tourniquet on him. Instead of holding to the sides, he made the force towards my son's face and broke the rubber of the tourniquet and hit very hard the area of the eye and the right cheekbone of my little son. The specialist did not apologize, and was even very unprofessional and very insensitive.
Very clean location with helpful and friendly staff. Check in was quick and I was seen almost immediately. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Very convenient location. Highly recommend.
Not sure why I have to wait three hours to drop off a sample, definitely need a better system, no one to talk to in the front office just a room full of people waiting and a computer phone numbers don’t work when you call them
