Not sure why I have to wait three hours to drop off a sample, definitely need a better system, no one to talk to in the front office just a room full of people waiting and a computer phone numbers don’t work when you call them
HIGHLY would not recommend. Though I do understand that appointments are priority ! Being so I feel there should be room for walk in if offered . There are multiple phlebotomist in the office . And being told you may not be seen if you are a walk in and have been waiting more than 2 hours is ridiculous if you ask me. Never have a been to a place that accept walk-in but does not take walk in. They should elaborate .
I was in and out of the appointment in 3 minutes flat. No joke. It was great.... however, I went there Saturday at 11 as a walk in and was told it was 50/50 if id be seen. I waited an hr and the heavy set Hispanic with a tattoo on his neck I believe never told me it was a no until he came in from the customer entrance door at 12:15 and said, "you know we are closed right?" Another woman had come in at 1130 to have in paperwork and he was very rude to her as well. Have her trouble but ultimately took her paperwork. That woman... read more
