The staff was so incredibly wonderful with my 7 year old! I'm so grateful for Jon and the other woman who helped us to calm her down. They were excellent!
None of the call menu options connect with anyone on the phone they are crazy and you guys lack sympathy for people so how is someone suppose to speak with someone on there which is why ai is going to take your jobs cause you don't even know what your doing but instead sit still and collect your paychecks and don't even got no menu option to speak with someone and we live in 2025. May God bless you and that sad money you guys earn every year without ever offering phone support.
