I had an excellent experience at the Quest Diagnostics center when I took my mom for her labs last week. The service was outstanding, the employee who assisted us was wonderful and had a very gentle touch (“good hands,” as my mom said). We were attended to right on time and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this location!
I don't know for people without appointments since I always go with an appointment. Have never had an issue, all the techs have been very professional and it's always been very smooth and fast. And post pandemic your results are ready practically in 24 hours
My appointment was on time. the medical assistant was very professional and courteous. It didnt hurt at all!!
