Michael was the phlebotomist that I worked with and he was exceptional. He was kind, attentive, professional and I didn't even feel the needle. The facility was immaculate, the wait time was non-existent. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Very grateful for their service, cleanliness and professional staff.
I checked in, there were no other patients, sat down for a minute then was called to come in.
Love the automation and mobile check-in. The nurses/Phlebotomist's are generally quick, friendly, informative and most importantly experienced .. no painful poking around.
