Had an appointment at 2:40pm. Came in at 2:35pm & had to email the lab work to her. She said she will take a few minutes and to wait in the lobby. It’s was 3:05 and nothing. My husband knocked and asked like what’s the update. Mind you, NOONE was there. I was the only one there for 25 minutes.. ridiculous, didn’t even bother. Just walked out. Would’ve rated 0/5 if I could.
I’ve now had Caroline twice. The first time my blood would not draw she accommodated her schedule to let me return after hydrating. She is calm and alleviating for someone terrified of needles, not mention her technique ensuring no pain.
Kim was wonderful and facility were great.
Kimberly was great! I always faint while getting my blood drawn and she was so quick I didn't even get lightheaded.
This location is convenient in Fairfield Town Center, clean and run very efficiently. Keisha "sp" the phlebotomist is always engaging, friendly and answers all my questions! Very warm and friendly!
