My mom went in for blood work appt., that I set for her per request of her doctor and the front lady at the desk was NASTY TO HER. I was on the phone the entire time and was asking can I receive an email and I can send over the orders because my mom was having a hard time locating her paperwork, but I kept asking for the email because it was a quick and easy process to send over and they lady made a rude comment to my mom concerning me. People like her I wish didn't work a job.
Noel took wonderful care of me,she was so gentle while drawing my blood and talked to me the whole time to ease my mind. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and was so patient with me the entire visit.
Quick and easy, Kima was perfect and personable!
