Awful client service. I had an appointment at 9:10 with an email from them with my schedule appointment and by any reason it was booked on their side 10:10. I’ve shown it to staff who said they would check with the “boss”. Never came back! Made me wait until 10:30 to get to be seen. I had to wait because I didn’t have another option and needed the test. However never coming back
