This place feels like a prison infirmary. There are multiple rat traps in the waiting room and grime in every corner. Only got 2 stars because Debra the phlebotomist was kind and efficient. Parking in the garage (also very dirty) will run you $1.89
Quest is very nice and very friendly place to have your blood taken.
The young gentleman (unfortunately I don’t know his name) tech is who I look for and have been blessed enough to get him EVERYTIME!! He is so kind and gentle that I can watch him insert the needle and get it right the first time, everytime. That hadn’t always been my experience with Quest. His consistency is what makes that the location of my choice!
The sign in was a snap and I was called right on time. The Phlebotomist was kind, caring and very gentle.
