Andrew the phlebotomist at Sherman ave New Haven location was the best in all my life that I’ve ever had draw blood. He was calm and comforting and was able to not have to draw again after an order mistakenly not sent by DR was sent hours later and I made another appointment on the same day. He remembered and said he took care of the amount that was already taken to split for the additional tests! Very professional and kind as was all the staff that day. I wasted so much time at that place on various occasions.
Made an appt for 7:10am. Door still locked by 7:15am. Had to leave for work and paid for parking for no reason.
