The nurse who took my blood is literally the BEST blood draw I have had over my 70 year lifespan. I had her before, and I hate needles, but somehow she knows exactly what depth etc to gauge. Thank you!
1st visit: System was down but lets you make appointments w out notification. And makes you wait in the waiting room without anyone telling you that you can’t be seen. 2nd visit: I love how they make you reschedule your appointment if you are more than 1 minute late, but you end up waiting for 30-40 minutes if you do show up on time. Makes total sense! Someone needs to rival this service so we have options. The quality of service is just atrocious.
Place was clean, parking easy, and the staff were very professional and took blood work without any discomfort.
