My technician, Marcy, was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, kind and professional. She was obviously very good at her job, as I am a difficult stick, but she handled it well and was very successful! My appointment was on time and quick. Thank you!
I honestly am amazed at the phlebotomist, I've had her before. I am a very hard stick and she always gets me the first time. She is very good, her professionalism is very good and she can do the work of 3 phlebotomists however Marcia shouldn't have to. Every time I get blood work it may not be the same tech but Quest is always short handed. there is always only one tech with a few exceptions. Hire techs my goodness.
Quest Diagnostics Warrington is a piece of cake, made online appointment, easy check in, called me shortly after, i have an insane fear of a blood draw and Marcia is simply AMAZING.
Excellent service, very professional and patient friendly
