I was greeted by Marcia for my appointment. I was a few minutes late and was trying to login into the awful machine which should be set to acknowledge appointments up to 15 minutes late. It is frustrating because something that easy needs to be implemented as there are many walk-ins and I was trying to login about 8 minutes after my original appointment and it would not approve me.
