Walk ins are welcome but… spent hour and a half in the waiting room, fasting. Half the time the room was empty. No customers inside and they don’t check the waiting room at all. When they do, they only take people who made appointments. The “automated”, no people system doesn’t work. Nobody is there to answer your questions. It is not how medical establishment should operate. Shame on corporate systems and “processes”. Not the fault of people who works here. They are overwhelmed and overworked.
Worst wait time I have ever seen!!! The workers are fine but take people who walk in and they don’t check the systems at all. Make sure you go in and say heyyyyyyy I have an appointment or else you will wait a hour!!!!
My technician was great! A real pro at drawing blood.
The phlebotomist at Quest on Route 611 in Warrington is very knowledgeable and takes extra care to make sure the prescription and insurance documentation are in order. It’s evident she has been doing this for years and is so skilled at drawing blood. I was suffering from dehydration and my vains were not cooperating that morning. Eventually she moved my arm to just the right spot. Quick and Painless.
The older lady with her hair typically pulled back is so rude and unprofessional. I’ve gone to this Quest location multiple times and she’s always unnecessarily rude and unpleasant. She yelled at me when I nicely asked her if it would be better if I came back later. Why did she raise her voice and yell at me for asking a question? I wasn’t asking to be seen earlier or for her to move more quickly or anything like that.
