Best staff ever & most reliable place to get my labs done. They are so patient and experienced and always make me feel welcome.
Although friendly staff once servicing, there was no welcome or concierge or assistance at the front table to help with answering any questions or assistance on logging in. The kiosk is not that user-friendly as it may have seem to be.
Everyone is always so good. They get my blood in one go, the're kind, they double check everything to make sure there's no mistakes. I love the techs at the Warrington center. That said, they are always RUNNING and rushing and stressed. They do an excellent job in spite of it but I feel badly for them every time that they have to endure that sort of work environment. They should be able to take their time and breathe. I feel guilty supporting quest if you abuse your employees. They are humans not robots and they deserve comp... read more
