Waiting more than an hour at West Chester location. No explanation for the delays. Waiting room full of angry customers. Go to Lab Corp and avoid Quest!!!
Limerick Square location, Monday morning 11/9/2015. Tech. was fine at taking my blood but not very pleasant and had a snooty attitude. Would like to remind you folks that when you deal directly with the pubic it helps to be customer friendly.
