Not impressed with Quest's QR code check in system. It was better when they sent a text out and had us respond before coming in. I scanned my code, heard what I assumed was a confirmation sound, then proceeded to sit there without being called in. I was alone in the waiting area, then 2 other patients walked in, signing in at the kiosk - NOT via QR code. My appt was before theirs, but they got called before me. Quest staff told me that the system didn't notify them of my arrival. Something needs fine tuning.
I've had some bad experiences at quest, but this was my first time at this location. It was by far my best experience. I'm giving a 5 based on this experience alone and would only recommend this location (Northborough)
The place is close to home, the clinic is very clean, The appointment worked very well. She checked all my informations and she was able to get my blood in the first time. They are very professional and very kind too. They keep you very comfortable in the procedure !
