Technology allows us to update and change both on websites and voice mails. Put holiday hours on both rather than hand scribbling a note that no one sees until they get there! Seriously- customers have to pay for parking & drive a long way to get there. Generally the techs are good but there can be a long wait. I'm stuck with this lab so I have to endure it.

I waited over 2 weeks for my results that should have been back in 1 day. I requested the results 4 times through MyQuest portal. My doctor still does not have my results. They should have been faxed but were not. The 866 customer service # given just goes in a loop in the phone system. I never reached a person.
They had me wait all of 5 mins and was almost completely painless. Getting my labs done was actually enjoyable thanks to the AMAZING people at Quest diagnostics!
