I took my son to get some labs done and had a terrible customer service experience. First it was showing an estimated wait time of 25 minutes with just myself and another person waiting to drop something off. I had to physically go to the back after waiting for 45 minutest to find out what was going on and saw there was someone filling out paper work and was rudely told to go back to the front by the man that was working there. It was a shame that they only have one person here. Take an hour to get a blood, while there was no one here.

They didn't have the decency to say they were closed till late June on their voice message. Made a trip in the middle if the day for nothing.

Had no issues at all. Very fast and friendly service. The waiting room is clean and modern and the inside facilities look good as well. Not sure why this location has low reviews but I definitely give it 5 stars.
