If you make your appointment online they will send you a text with a link to actually check in once you're at the site. The phlebotomists Joy & Brenda, were happy, friendly, and really knew how to draw blood without pain. Appreciate that Joy wore a mask.
Very easy to book an appointment online, easy to check in from the text. No waiting, technician was very efficient, i didn't even feel the prick.
