The scheduled appointment system was simple and easy to navigate. The follow up text messages were appropriate and timely. The wait in office was minimal. The phlebotomist was efficient, friendly, professional. Plus, the actual needle poke and draw was painless.
Quest Diagnostics has always been and continues to be professional and efficient. Add the kindness and expertise of the staff and you have a recipe for a completely hassle free experience.
I have never known a single quest to take as long as this one. Today took three and a half hours. They only had the paperwork from one doctor as it’s impossible to verify a fax before an appt. My doctor literally faxed the labwork while I was getting blood drawn got another doctor, and by then it was too late. I was told to make another appointment Quest makes it as difficult as possible. Never have I been able to so much as figure out how to schedule an appt. Don’t you dare even ask.
