The website and Ap can be confusing and difficult to understand or know what has or has not been accomplished. Two weeks ago I thought I placed an order but apparently didnt. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment but couldn't order a test; I drove to the lab and a very helpful nurse or lab tech quickly showed me how and later worked me into the schedule to take the needed sample! Wish I got her name to give credit. I now have the Ap, hopefully I can navigate it!
