One of the nurses apparently when I was doing a urine test apparently told me not to flush even though I don’t recall her saying that at all. But now she’s marking me off for something that I didn’t get told I wasn’t supposed to do. If that wasn’t enough, she started to get an attitude with me about it and talking down to me even though I wasn’t aware because she didn’t say anything but somehow it’s still my fault, unbelievable
Made an appointment for some basic blood draw and simple tests. Scheduling and performing were quite simple and I accomplished my mission. Very satisfied.
The website and Ap can be confusing and difficult to understand or know what has or has not been accomplished. Two weeks ago I thought I placed an order but apparently didnt. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment but couldn't order a test; I drove to the lab and a very helpful nurse or lab tech quickly showed me how and later worked me into the schedule to take the needed sample! Wish I got her name to give credit. I now have the Ap, hopefully I can navigate it!
Easy check-in, no wait, very competent tech…
