The stench of putrid unwashed body pours off the phlebotomist there. I can’t go there because of the smell emitting from him and the entire room hits you in the face when you walk in. It’s insane that this is allowed to go on in healthcare. It’s so bad that others I know who have went there brought up in conversation how bad it is. This was my second visit to your facility in the past 5 weeks or so. Sadly, the experience as a client was poor each time. The technician's attention to client recognition and service was minimal. After checking in and sitting in the waiting area, when the tech finished with the previous patient he did not come out to greet me or invite me in. My wife needed a blood draw For lab work As part of a yearly check up. Unfortunately, this was the closest place. The phlebotomist, if that’s what she really was, attempted to draw blood twice on my wife. Neither time was successful, after which the phlebotomist if that’s what she really was, told my wife to come back another day when someone else is working because she wasn’t able to find a vein.
