This place is terrible, miserable workers , I will go to UPMC for blood work now on, and these ladies work in healthcare , they need retrained
I stopped by this location for a scheduled bloodwork appointment this morning and was in and out in 5 minutes. Typically, in my experience at other places it takes 3/4 tries for them to find a vein but this is the first time someone got me on the first stick!
I had an appointment. I was able to get the blood work, but the urine collection kit my doctor ordered was out of stock at that location. The staff was kind enough to call another location to make sure they have it. Unfortunately that means another appointment so I don't have to wait, and I was told I should also make an appointment to drop off the test. By the time I'm able to get 2 appointments that fit my schedule, it will be another couple of weeks. This is not a patient friendly system. How do you run a lab that doesn't... read more
