They are the most unprofessional I have dealt with . Their appointment system is a big mess letting the walk-ins favored by the staff to go ahead of appointments . Their staff is outright rude ( I did not even bring up the fact that a walk-in was allowed ahead of me) . It feels like they don’t want to be there and they poke that needle in to you with that much of job frustration 😀. Till I have an alternate to get my testing done I will have to put up with it patiently as a patient
Let me just start off by saying this place is absolutely overpriced in their lab fees!!! Not to mention I always have to have invoices rebilled due to wrong medical coding being entered by the technician that is located in the PCAT doctor’s office in Burleson. She is rude and very offensive in her demeanor when dealing with people. She likes to argue with the patients over billing instead of doing her job of phlebotomy.
