I had an appointment this morning, however when I went there, there was a sign that the lab is closed today. But I did not receive a message before that the lab would be closed. Very disappointing.
My phlebotomist at the Santa Monica branch was very nice and very skilled, and there was no wait for my appointment. Everything was handled very effectively and efficiently.
Online scheduling makes blood work visits a breeze. I love the 15th Street location because I can wait outside by the lovely fountain instead of just sitting and getting hangry that I'm fasting :-). My tech (I wish I had remembered to write down her name) was terrific. Welcoming, warm, and a great manner for putting people at ease. She made the process quick and easy and I'm super grateful.
Hoping to offset some of the irrelevant negative reviews for this location. Lysia was absolutely fantastic, accommodated my changing schedule and made me feel so comfortable the whole time I was there!
