The place and staff were great, but you need to put a sign on the first floor to indicate where Quest is. The woman in Davita's front desk was extremely rude when we asked her where it is. It would be 5 starts if it weren't for the unpleasant encounter with Davita's employee.
LOCATED ON FLOOR 9. Easy process and right on time. You must make an appointment. Deborah was a great technician, especially since I’m not great with giving blood.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They tell you the wait could be 30 minutes to 4 hours but we have no clue exactly. Even the wait if you scheduled an appointment is over and hour
Don't bother coming here without an appointment. Wait times are wildly inaccurate - myself and another patient waited 4 hours, and were finally turned away at noon as the staff had lunch and they do not take walk-ins in the afternoon. Even when appointments are missed and no patients are being serviced, the remaining phlebotomists/staff would rather loudly talk amongst themselves and laugh in the hallway than service patients on the standby list. Just wanted to provide a very different experience from all the negative reviews here! I frequently come here without an appointment and am seen pretty quickly (30 min) and have had nothing but super nice phlebotomists! My advice to walk-ins is to come in the afternoon, as mornings tend to be very busy.
