I found the whole experience to be seem less and easy. From scheduling the appointment to registration, to checking for my results all super easy. George the tech was amazing.

My phlebotomist was not friendly or welcoming at all. I smiled when I approached her, but she didn’t even say hello or acknowledge me. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but when you work in a patient-facing position, basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected. I was also frustrated by how my second lab order was handled. Impossible to call front desk as there is no reception area. Street parking is next to impossible. Parking lot costs $10 every 30 min: $30/max. It’s a privately owned. This area prioritizes profits over people, health and accessibility. Quest Diagnostics provides zero communication regarding parking and accessibility.
