The place says it opens at 8am but expect to wait outside until 8:30am because no one in there values your time or the fact that parking costs an arm and a leg. Incredibly rude staff too.

Nightmare ordeal trying to book appointment shows how defective AI wastes your time. Their phone system does not function well or understand English. Be prepared to spend a very long time using it.

Today, I had an 8:30 AM appointment scheduled with Quest Diagnostics. When I arrived, another customer was visibly upset, although at the time I didn’t know why. When it was my turn to be called in, I was told that because I didn’t have a printed copy of my blood work order and it wasn’t showing in their system, I needed to email it to psccwf@questdiagnostics.com. Quest Diagnostic is the most irresponsible and uncaring place I’ve ever seen in my life; they refused to take in a child with a disability and left him at the door—they’re very uncaring toward people.
