shoddy!! lack of transparency and deceptive 3rd party billing
I’m terrified of needles and everyone here is so nice and makes it easy. They make it painless and let you lay down. All the staff are incredible. Deborah is the best.
On time, quick, the lady who carried out my blood test had great presence and it didn't hurt, so she was good!
I have used this lab several times and Deborah is always on top of her game. She is kind, professional, and very good at what she does. I work with people, so her compassion is genuine. If you have an appt (which you should), there is no wait time. Even though the staff are very busy, I felt special and safe. I was also greeted by Licia who is also very professional. The lobby reeks of urine. The people working there were quite rude. And on top of that I have a bruise where my blood was drawn and this has never happened once in all my years
