This place is the worst of all. Terrible customer service. They accept walk-ins and make you wait too long, only to finally tell you they won't serve you because they're closing soon. I hope the central office does something and improves customer service. Klarisse is rude and impolite. Don't go to this place.
Terrible, they let people with no appointments stay there for hours on end. One guy came in with an appointment and I guess he knew the people working here and got his children in right away with no appointment at all. This is a terrible place to come. FIX THE SYSTEM! Why can’t your own doctor take your blood? Why because there is more money in going to another company to draw blood.

I had a deeply distressing experience at Quest Diagnostics that I feel compelled to share, especially for parents considering this location for pediatric blood work. We brought our 9-month-old baby in for a routine blood draw. What followed felt nothing short of torture. I took my 9-month-old baby to Quest Diagnostics for a blood test, and unfortunately, it was a deeply upsetting experience. Despite having an appointment, we were not seen until 40 minutes later. Once inside, the staff attempted to draw blood from both of my baby’s arms and struggled for 15 minutes, causing her significant distress and leaving her with bruised arms.
