Excellent services.
Its been three years since I had a blood draw here, and my inquired vein still burns, and gives me problems. I am a senior, and in all my life I have never been inquiry with a blood draw. The person that did this to me was a young Hispanic male. During the blood draw he turned to talk to a man in the hallway that was going out, I guess, and hence he rammed the needle up and through my vein. Real nice. Our phlebotomist was exceptional. My 12-yr old daughter had to have blood drawn for her first time. The nurse was very friendly, talked to my daughter about school, and explained how this would hurt less than an IV. The phlebotomist made the experience better than expected. NOTE: an appointment is necessary, as the walk-in wait is always epic!
There fast and efficient but there is no live person when you walk in. There is plywood covering where you would normally check in. The worst part there is no access to a bathroom in the entire building. The doors are locked and nobody is allowed to get keys. God forgive you really need to go you will have to leave even if you have been waiting hours in the lobby. Luckily I had an appointment but I still waited much longer than was necessary. They said there were short staffed but it is always the same every time I come here... read more
4 hour wait time for standbys unacceptable service and we came in the morning Website says 20 minute wait for walk ins If this is the service quest is giving for walk in options you should take away walk in standby lists all together ridiculous
