You have to wait with everyone else to drop off a prepared sample
Just Awful in every way. And you will have a few hours in the waiting room to ponder just how awful this place really is. Rude, incompetent staff who can‘t as much as read whats on the screen in front of them.
Very poor customer service and everyone in this location is so rude! Every single time!
Terrible lab where no one helps you instead they just bark at you to make an appointment. I don’t know how to make one. While the doctors are waiting to get some tests done. Well this falls squarely on this lab’s head. To update I asked my doctor to send me to another lab and she did. Tell your doctor to send you anywhere other than quest.
