I was really nervous after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I went to get a blood test. Karen helped me and she was really friendly and gentle. I came with an appointment and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Sad to watch the employees tell a 90 year old woman that she needs to use a smartphone to get an appointment. Clearly a 25;year old is running this awful company
Very easy to check in, minimal wait time, convenient parking, and the technician was super friendly and professional.
The lab I went to is in Pasadena on Green St. Everything and everyone was great. No waiting. Very respectful phlebotomist. She actually listened when I told her the best vein use.
I entered the parking lot from Catalina. There is a booth with an attendant at the entrance. A directory is posted on the side of the building. Quest is located near the directory. When you enter there is a kiosk that is used for check-in. My name was called quickly (they accept walk-ins with wait times between 30 minutes and two hours). I was directed to an exam room.
