Very efficient- very nice, friendly staff. A+ The competition has a lot to learn from Quest- won’t go anywhere else.
The phlebotomist who drew the sample was very professional. Yes, she is excellent!!! The only issue was your checking in process. I was early. It won't let me check in until 10min before my appointment. What was the logic behind that!!! I don't see any warning about that before hand. Maybe you were trying to encourage people not to be on time. I was called and done in about 10min! It would be perfect if you have a call button since there is no real person available to help or to talk to at the waiting room.
They didn’t bother to draw 8 lab tests from the order they did have, only did a few. I did show the order to them showing that it was not my doctor’s fault as they were trying to prove to me. Pretty rude service, I understand things happen and I do have to come back and wait to do the procedure over again, but they way they communicate is not friendly or polite, unfortunately. Next time I will pay my office extra $25 so that they deliver the lab tests themselves instead of going here myself
