I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. The “manager” on duty that day, Sameera, was rude and dismissive. I arrived around 2:20 PM and checked in as a walk-in. At approximately 3:00 PM, she came into the waiting area and announced that they were no longer accepting walk-ins for the day. Convenient location and friendly staff
First Time to Livermore. Quest building and Office look clean and Nice. Check in did not recognize the QR code from print out from my scheduling the appointment. Had to reenter information.
