Making an appointment at this location is completely pointless. They threaten everyone with walk-ins, and even after waiting over 30 minutes, there’s no indication of when you’ll be called. If you can’t manage appointments properly, then stop giving them out and wasting people’s time.
The phlebotomist was really nice!! Wait was around 10 minutes.
Wait time was about 20 minutes. They worked efficiently. Establishment was clean and plenty of seating.
