I had a truly terrible experience at this facility. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was made to wait for over an hour with no explanation or acknowledgment of the delay. The blood draw itself was extremely painful, far worse than any I’ve had before, which made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, they used what looked like regular cello tape over the puncture site. My vane's are tiny and it is always a struggle when needing a blood draw. Phlebologist (Yami) was great, she hit my vane right away, everything was very smooth. With appointment, the wait time was reasonable (about 10min).
They didnt even get my blood and made me feel like it was my fault. I was berated and yelled at for being a difficult stick. I was there an hour to leave without having my blood drawn and in tears
Updated Review: Over the past couple of years I’ve realized you really need to make an appointment with Quest. As long as you do, you should have a satisfactory experience with this business. I’m not above admitting that my feelings have evolved or changed over time. (Old review below) This place is the absolute worst! Their hours are horrible. Plus, even when you get there before they close they won’t service you. I would recommend going anywhere else besides this place. Who closes at 3:25 pm!?
