Went for a complete lab panel. Waiting room is pretty big and was about halfway full when I walked in. Check in at the kiosk was quick and easy. Thank you for having such easy to follow directions! Tech was friendly and personable. I was probably in the exam room less than 10 minutes. The tech was quick, the blood draw painless, while being personable and professional.
This was my second visit to Quest Diagnostics in Livermore for my little one’s blood draw, and honestly, I wasn’t very hopeful given the experience we had during our previous visit. But this time was completely different, thanks to Priyanka R. She was kind, professional, and clearly knew what she was doing.
