I waited almost two hours they never called a single person from walk in list. No receptionist to ask questions and no one is there to help you. It’s such a waste of time. Really bad experience will never visit this place again.
I have been here for 3 hours for my fasting glucose test for gestational diabetes. By the time my testing is done I will have had 4 blood draws, spread out at hour long intervals. The staff has been wonderfully kind to me during that time. I have observed that, today at least, they also have worked hard to get everyone through in a timely fashion. The whole waiting room would cycle through in an hour or less. The waiting room has plenty of seating and is relatively quiet.

Went for a complete lab panel. Waiting room is pretty big and was about halfway full when I walked in. Check in at the kiosk was quick and easy. Thank you for having such easy to follow directions! Tech was friendly and personable. I was probably in the exam room less than 10 minutes. The tech was quick, the blood draw painless, while being personable and professional.
I’ve been a Quest Diagnostics customer for over 20 years, and I’ve never experienced anything like what happened recently. I was 10–15 minutes late to my appointment something that can happen to anyone and instead of accommodating me with reasonable wait time, I was placed on a standby list with 10+ others. I ended up waiting over 4 hours just to get basic blood work done.
