Worst customer service , not friendly at all . My mother was also not seen despite the automated phone system stating no appointment need for patient 65+ . These people, in this office, should not be in the medical field .
I received the worst customer service ever. There were 2 techs, the one one talked to me was snide and acidic. The one I was helped by 6 months and ago just stood there and watched, at least she didn't say anything mean. The phone line doesn't allow you to talk with anyone, even though it has a number to push that is supposed to transfer to a person, it just takes you back to the main menu.
