Both attendants were very unprofessional. One duplicated my daughter’s lab orders — there were some of the same tests requested by two different doctors and she didn’t inform me, which resulted in drawing more blood for the same things. The other person who assisted us had no patience with my special needs daughter, was abrupt when drawing the blood, rude, and stuck her twice, taking one tube from each arm, then told us to come back later. I felt completely disrespected.
One of the most pleasant and efficient members of the Maguire team I have ever encountered. It’s nice to encounter a smiling, friendly face at 6:40am.
All was great and the staff were excellent
