Lizete was amazing! I’m a tough stick and always have a hard time when I have to get blood work done. She made the process so easy and fast and she was so kind, patient and professional. I’m always nervous due to bad past experiences but her demeanor was very calming. I think I fell asleep with my eyes opened because she was so calming. Thank you so much Lizete for making what usually a stressful experience into a quick, calming and easy one.
Technician was perfect, I didn't feel the needle at all !!
