I took my 12 year old in to have a fasting glucose test done. I understand the sign in process as it get people signed in quickly and speeds up the process, but God forbid you have any questions about your test. We sat and waited a few minutes to hear our name being called. Then I realized 2 people who signed in after us got called back and my daughter’s name was no longer on the wait list.
