Came to drop off a FIT test November 21st 2025 at around 3:30 pm. Was told by my nurse at San Marcos TrueCare to bring it to any Quest Diagnostics for more reliable delivery. My nurse informed me that there would be a high likelihood of it being lost in the mail otherwise, and that there had been consistent issues. It deserves five negative stars. Avoid this place like a plague. Very rude personal. No one even wants to finish listening to any patient’s questions, let alone answer them. On top of it, they are excruciatingly sssllllooowww. I put my name down on the list at 10:55am, was #6 in line, 5 hours and 25 minutes later I am still #6, and now they are closing in 10 minutes; they haven’t called a single person from the standby list since I arrived, even when there were no-shows for scheduled appointments, even when I was the only pe... read more
Excellent experience. The phlebotomist had top notch skills (and I know, scores of blood draws in the last several years). Highly recommend.
