I never leave reviews, but I feel like this is necessary. I did my first blood draw ever here a couple weeks ago. I get lightheaded very easily and don't do well with adrenaline and was terrified. That being said, checking the reviews did not help whatsoever. But my experience both times have been perfectly fine. Both of my visits were smooth and overall very pleasant. The check-in process is quick and hassle-free they send you a text, allowing you to check in from your phone, and there are also self-check-in screens in the waiting room. The staff is efficient, friendly, and keeps everything running seamlessly. The entire process is fast, getting you in and out without ever feeling rushed.
The staff is clearly overwhelmed and understaffed, and older patients need the support of a dedicated receptionist. The lack of a reception causes the existing staff to fall behind quickly. I’ve never been so disappointed with a service and it’s unacceptable when it comes to healthcare. We’re better served when renting a car from the airport.
I arrived 18 min before, register your name on screen, suddenly your name disappeared saying: “has been served..” BUT, I’m still outside, knock at the door, one attendant came out and told me that the “has been served” does not mean that?!?!, and with a face like she didn’t like it at all, then after lab done told me that could be 3 to 5, DAYS?????!!!! Really??! Not even in Bolivia. Everything it’s great until you have to interact with no professional humans
Excellent service. Everyone was very professional and I was in and out in less than 10 min.
