I don't know anyone that enjoys getting their blood drawn, me include. However, if I need to do it again in the future, I will be coming to this location in Encinitas. Johnathan did an amazing job, it was painless, and left no bruising. I did not even feel the needle go in. I can tell, he takes pride in his work in making sure you are comfortable and pain free. Absurdly small waiting room with kiosks to check-in (hello techno-dystopia). Waited half an hour after my appointment time to be seen.
Seems like the kinks have been resolved in the new system, and its working well! Received a text with link to click on when I arrived. I was about 15 minutes early and it wouldn't let me check in until 10 minutes before. I get it... it keeps things on schedule and keeps people from jumping ahead. But it was a little frustrating since there was no one ahead of me at the time. But it all worked out, and when I checked in 10 minutes early I was taken back within a minute.
