Absurdly small waiting room with kiosks to check-in (hello techno-dystopia). Waited half an hour after my appointment time to be seen.
Seems like the kinks have been resolved in the new system, and its working well! Received a text with link to click on when I arrived. I was about 15 minutes early and it wouldn't let me check in until 10 minutes before. I get it... it keeps things on schedule and keeps people from jumping ahead. Wait the is long unless you have appiontment, first time patient and didn't know that I needed one, also a guy there waited 2 hours just to drop off speciment they need a drop off box a a live person to check in with, I am not computer savvy, they should also have more than 2 techs working.. Checked in at 8:35 am got called in at 12:15 pm , and I was fasting since 7:00pm Wednesday.
Take forever in stand by with doctor send request to the lab
Text notifications did not work, not my fault, they just canceled my appointment and moved on. Terrible customer service no apology at all.
