Very kind and friendly phlebotomist drew my blood with almost zero pain. I couldn’t have had a better experience, and the ability to sign in for my appointment electronically was a dream come true in terms of simplicity.
Appointments are delayed and waitlist are long, I’ve never been in a laboratory that takes to long to attend patients, there’s appointments from 11 am; it’s 12 already and they haven’t been seen
I didn’t have an appointment and waited 6(!!!!) hours in a walk-in line. I don’t believe that they were so busy that weren’t able to put me in a line. Maybe staff likes to humiliate people?
Make. An. Appointment. Do not walk-in. I cannot stress this enough, especially if you're fasting. Its a tiny waiting room with two kiosks to check in with your phone, and you can chill in your car or wait inside. Everything's clean and orderly. They always get to me right at the time of my appointment. I don't care for brevity or niceties - I've got things to do as I'm sure the technicians do as well, so I'm not factoring that small-talk stuff into this. Great experience at this location! The environment is clean and welcoming, and the process is highly efficient—there is almost no wait time if you make an appointment. Alisa is professional and made the entire blood work completely painless. Highly recommend!
