Absurdly small waiting room with kiosks to check-in (hello techno-dystopia). Waited half an hour after my appointment time to be seen.
Seems like the kinks have been resolved in the new system, and its working well! Received a text with link to click on when I arrived. I was about 15 minutes early and it wouldn't let me check in until 10 minutes before. I get it... it keeps things on schedule and keeps people from jumping ahead. But it was a little frustrating since there was no one ahead of me at the time. But it all worked out, and when I checked in 10 minutes early I was taken back within a minute. Wait the is long unless you have appiontment, first time patient and didn't know that I needed one, also a guy there waited 2 hours just to drop off speciment they need a drop off box a a live person to check in with, I am not computer savvy, they should also have more than 2 techs working.. Checked in at 8:35 am got called in at 12:15 pm , and I was fasting since 7:00pm Wednesday.
