We came to this location today because our doctor referred my 7 month old son for allergy blood work after he had a concerning reaction to peanuts. Since we were already in the same medical building, we were specifically advised to walk in and were told this location was very familiar with the type of labs we needed. Can’t admit that they messed up. Useless out of control mess. Get it together!
One star is too much. The worst patient care I have ever experienced. Absolutely unprofessional, lazy, unkind. I am a retired medical professional and I have seen bad care, but this facility is awful! And my blood draw left me with swelling and excessive bruising!
Inhumane: long waits in a small waiting room full of patients with no staff readily available. Instead, patients (many older or with obvious limitations) must navigate a poorly programmed device-only check-in system with no apparent way to ask even a simple question. The room felt like a petri dish, lacking sufficiently spaced seating, face masks, hand sanitizer, restrooms or other support. Extremely slow! They were 45 minutes behind. It took them 20 minutes on average to finish one patient, as if it’s a doctor’s appointment. I don’t know what took them soooooo long for every single patient. Unbelievable! If you want to spend half a day to draw blood go for it.
