I recently visited this place. There was an African American lady wearing glasses. Her hair was half shaved and half locks. Her energy was so negative from the moment she called me and my son in. She started by saying we might have to come back because she couldn’t find a code for the test ordered. Then she couldn’t fix my child’s name in the system. When I tell you, this place is professional and efficient this place is professional, efficient the staff that helped me today are top-tier. They do not play around and they mean business! In and out under 10 minutes! This is my go to location for now on - thank you Quest!!!
I am a senior citizen who got NO help from the staff today. I watched as they also gave NO help to 2 other senior citizens in front of me in line. I needed help how to order a test online and they refused to help and just walked away.
First of all, there was no usable restroom in the entire building, and the ones that existed were all locked. Secondly, I had four tubes of blood drawn, and even after the needle was inserted, the nurse still didn’t loosen the tourniquet. I felt a lot of pain, so I reminded her and asked if she should loosen it, but she very firmly said she couldn’t. Their equipment failures caused me to come back a second time. My doc office had to send the work order to me to then send to them. Ridiculous! Their check-in kiosk is so glitchy, often patience need assistance to check in, causing linger wait times. But I bet they are making record profits. The woman that work here are kind, but im sure by the end of the day, they are exhausted.
