The check-in touch screen worked intermittently, so I did not know if I was checked in or not, and the big TV that was supposed to display the check-in status also failed to display the check-in status for people waiting there. I knocked on the door trying to speak to a real person. No response until a tech opened the door to call in a new person. My phlebotomist was Scarlett. What a skilled, competent and professional lady. We had a delightful conversation while she gathered all my bloods. Do not loose this employee. She’s a gem! Very caring, kind, thoughtful, conversational and a thoroughly lovely human being!
