Easy... technician was very friendly. ..it hurt and my bruised after she drew blood
The service here is terrible. My son's pediatrician ordered a blood test because he had a very high fever all night, yet no infection was found. I was given the order to have the test done, but after waiting over two hours, I was essentially kicked out because they claimed they wouldn't perform any more tests without an appointment. I tried to explain why I hadn't made an appointment—since his pediatrician had told me it was an emergency—but the person ignored me and shut the door. They can definitely be more efficient here.
Ms. Fran was nice, kind and efficient. She brought me in conversed while she set everything up and was able to draw my blood on her 1st try, which most people can't do!
