HORRIBLE PLACE! FIRST they tried to say I never dropped off my specimen then they said I didn't label it! It was clearly labeled WITH the order form in the sealed bag!!! Have to do samples all over again!
I don't usually like to waste my time to complain when I have a bad experience with what is supposed to be a professional org. but this place was terrible. I got there with my nanny and my severely autistic son. I had found that I had lost my dr's order form for tests to be run. no one was at the front desk so that I could ask their fax number. I finally got the # from one of the dozens of patients waiting. my doc faxed the order. when I saw an actual worker there I asked if she could ck the fax machine. it was just a glance... read more
Once you get in with an appointment, it is fast BUT and that is a big one if you are trying to check whether your doctor has sent his request you are in trouble! The automated service is for APPOINTMENTS ONLY. The box for the telephone number of the Quest Diagnostics you want to go to is always full. Maybe with luck you will end up to talking to someone after several hours! I am still waiting. The address you have is NOT the one I need to go to. The one i am talking about is at Hargrave. Pls. correct. Thanks.
