I am the nurse. Working at home infusion center. When I visit for my patient lab drops,nobody helps, the lady came out and then she said that you have to wait until help. Spent my wait time over 25 minutes. Lapcorp located another's side. Better services I got there before.

My order was sent by my doctor. I went online to Quest to confirm they had it. Their website says no need to check, if it's not here, we'll just call your doctor. My test had to be drawn by 11:30 AM, my appointment was at 10:10. Sure enough my order was not there but the employee told me she could not call the doctor because other people were waiting. Lorena, Kimberly and Georgina are the best. Friendly helpful and efficient. Always on top of things....Monica too but this is my favorite crew. Job gets done. Granted I'm there to drop off specimen because I'm mobile. So I'm use to how it works. Sign in, wait, there process is different from some labs which I think is great the follow the patients specimen all the way from drawing, centrifuge, process and then shipping.
