My phlebotomist was amazing. She was so soft spoken and comforting. I will come to this office every time due to her Amazing Patient Care!!! Only down size, the address to the office is a Fresno and Clovis address. Tell customers, to make sure when you are using your gps, to put in Clovis
Awful check in system — The kiosk gives you the option to select that you're waiting outside (because the office is so crowded and there's no space) and that they'll call you/text you but they don't. Apparently, they only vocally call you from inside the office (where you cant hear because you're outside) and don't actually call or text you. So, you miss your appointment and they skip over you. Clean facility, close to home, friendly and courteous phlebotomist. Thank you for a great labs experience.
Grate staff. She was very friendly and went out of her way to help me and my Mom of 82 years. Did excellent job and accurate and professional job. Everyone smiles at this location and ask try to help you. We go out of our way to get to this location simply because of positive attitude that everyone carry at this office. Thank you very much to everyone of you. Truly appreciate.
