We loved our phlebotomist, she was so friendly and calming for my daughter who struggles with needles. Her bedside manner was wonderful, she even helped do deep breathes with her.
Our phlebotomist, Billie, was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond to help my son and I. I’m so grateful. They’re the best!
I have had seniors in my family make appointments for this location only to show up and find out they are scheduled for the other location on Herndon. They were told that the addresses on Google are transposed. They then had to rush to the other location which was extremely stressful for them because one of them has Dementia and because of the time it took to travel while trying to make it in time. I always do my blood tests at this location prior to my Doctor appointments for my lab results. On two occasions the office staff from my doctor didn't send the lab order and don't process. But the lady that did my blood work twice Billie helped out me and called my provider to make sure the Lab order would get send verbally. Twice I had to be on the phone with them to get problem fix and Billie checked on me to make sure if everything went through if not she's going to helped me And she's did.
