Designed for their convenience, not yours. I spent 20 minutes booking my appointment and making an account and all day fasting. I show up early. Then they tell me they wont see me before closing because I didn’t check in to confirm I was there for the appointment I already confirmed days before. Any other place would have a receptionist to ask if you had an appointment and tell you to sign in.
