RUDE and DISMISSIVE staff! What a disappointment to be here. She wasn’t even ready to listen and was forcefully working.
I came in early with an appointment and was prepared to wait but the technician was able to get to me early she was bright and funny and very efficient! I think her name was Tonya. For an appointment where I’m going to get poked she made it very easy!
Phlebotomist Kathy was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Did a really good job doing lab work without bruising/swelling.
