online sign in didn't work. Waited 30min for my appointment. Been waiting over week for lab results.
I had a very disappointing experience at this center. The nurses were extremely rude and unaccommodating. I am currently pregnant and had been fasting overnight for a scheduled test. Despite being just five minutes late, I was told to either reschedule or visit another center. Instead of showing any empathy, the staff seemed more focused on finding reasons not to conduct the test. This was especially disheartening given my condition. I hope the management takes steps to ensure better treatment of patients in the future.
The only issue was the wait time. I scheduled an appointment at 12:40 and did not get seen until after 1 pm. Once I was in the chair, the young lady was wonderful. I shared my fear of needles and she walked me through the process and even showed me where to show future staff where was a good spot for my blook draw. Before I knew it, the whole thing was over.
