Nina the nurse is awesome, can you imagine how hard her job is? Can you imagine how much body odor and bad breath she has to deal? She was kind, gentle, and efficient. Unfortunately she was there all by herself because the other employee didn’t show up. The ads played in the waiting room is stupid annoying. Also, they should clean the air vent. Overall, it was a good experience because of Nina. The world needs more people like her!
They are not in a hurry by all means! So, if you have to go back to work or be somewhere, forget it! The wait time is ridiculous!
The Richardson facility located on Arapaho and inside the Tom Thumb was the best experience I’ve had out of a handful of locations in/around the Plano area! Thank you to Nina and Tonya for such a positive interaction.
