This is my second time using this location 785 E. El Camino Real, Sunnyvale. Previously, I went to Quest Diagnostics in Mountain View, and I’m very happy I switched to this location. Everything was handled professionally, and I didn’t have to wait in line. The staff is friendly, helpful, and supportive. A special thank-you to Amber, who is knowledgeable, competent, calm, and kind. She made the experience smooth and pleasant, and I really appreciate her professionalism and caring attitude.
Terrible service, I visited to do blood collection for a Galleri kit with appointment pre-scheduled, however they refused service because "it was too close to our closing time", despite having accepted my appointment
Amber was wonderful! Had an enjoyable visit thanks to her.
