The Male Phlebotomist was the best I’ve ever had and I’m 84 years old. Draw was pain free, he was quick, efficient and answered my questions and taught me useful things.
On the August 20, 2026, I visited Quest Diagnostics 785 E EL Camino Real for blood test , the technician , he was very professional. Also, I have small veins but he found a vein accurate that did not hurt me at all . He is very high technical and experience. Definitely, I will recommend him with my friends, my family, and I will come back again.
I waited for 2hrs, but ilham is really good, she is the only one working that day and its busy, even though she squeezed me in.. Thanks Ilham.
The phlebotomist was a nice guy (why the one star) who got my lab order wrong thus wasting my time and effort. He was the only phlebotomist working even though I could hear at least two other people chatting away in a different room. No one was working except for this solo phlebotomist, so I had to wait for over 30 minutes before he came out to get his next patient, so I could let him know the iPad wasn't reading my QR code for my appointment.
