Worst ever customer service they don't help and they make you wait longer even if you come early and you can't make an appointment online
Ilham is absolutely amazing. I’m always having problems with technicians finding veins. She found it on the first poke. This will be my default Quest from now on. Thank you Ilham, you are amazing
Worst service, reception and techs
Thank you, Amber!!! Your patience and kindness did not go unnoticed. I have very difficult veins to find and Amber took the time to find the best one - I was in and out within 20 mins! Great experience all around.
Update 2025: The woman at this location has gotten written up multiple times for being lazy and turning people away people despite having plenty of free time. She lies and says she can't take anyone so she can put her feet up cuz she's the only one there and nobody's checking on her. That's directly from the mouths of other Quest Diagnostics phlebotomists. I don't know why they won't fire her. They won't see you as a walk in, so don't even try. Oh they have time, they just won't. The lady had no one there, it was an hour bef... read more
