I went to the Quest location at 785 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale CA at around 2.20 pm, on 2/13/26 and found no one waiting. The staff was so helpful and courteous that I got my blood sample taken out and left the center in less than five minutes.Generally the staff at this center are very friendly, patient and helpful
Amber was my phlebotomist -and she was incredible. I don't love needles, and I hate having blood drawn. She was exceptionally patient, thoughtful, empathetic, and extremely competent drawing the blood quickly and (essentially) painlessly. But beyond being good at her job, she was ever so human about it. Never thought I'd give 5 stars for having blood drawn....
The lady was skillful and smooth
