The phlebotomist was a nice guy (why the one star) who got my lab order wrong thus wasting my time and effort. He was the only phlebotomist working even though I could hear at least two other people chatting away in a different room. No one was working except for this solo phlebotomist, so I had to wait for over 30 minutes before he came out to get his next patient, so I could let him know the iPad wasn't reading my QR code for my appointment. I walked in to get some blood drawn. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my number came, I was in and out in under 30 minutes!
Just to drop sample also they want appointment or check in . I did check in and inform them ( just to drop sample from dr). They told to wait and it’s coming waiting for 1.5 hrs just to drop samples. And the service provider who is handling was so rude.

Located inside the Safeway, this Quest Diagnostics is the go-to place for getting blood work for my elderly parents. You can make an appointment online ahead of time and when you come in, there is a kiosk to check in and wait. The waiting area has a few chairs. You can also wait in your car and they will let you know when it's your turn. There is a screen on the wall that indicates the queue.
