I had a very frustrating experience at Quest Diagnostics today. I arrived around 9:50 AM as a walk-in and waited until 10:40 AM. After waiting for almost an hour, the staff suddenly said they were not accepting walk-ins and were closing early due to “circumstances.” The official closing time is listed as 11:00 AM, so this was very confusing and poorly managed. Terrible service and don't respect timings, will close 30 mins early, start later. No reception to verify the tests or papers. Strongly recommend should go to LabCorp over any quest center anytime.
