I was helped by Amber on Friday 10/31, she was extremely understanding and kind, after the blood work, I need to have a urine sample, I told her I need to go to Safeway to get some water, she gave me 2 bottles of water and told me to take my time.
I want to sincerely thank the amazing woman who drew my blood today(Sep 23 15:45). She handled everything—check-in, explanation, and the blood draw ALL BY HERSELF—with skill, calm, and kindness. Even while working alone and managing a full room of walk-ins, she stayed gentle and composed, apologizing softly🥹 when the needle stung and staying past closing to make sure everyone was cared for. Her professionalism and compassion truly moved me. Thank you.
Conveniently located inside Safeway. I arrived 5 min early and was called almost immediately after checkin. I had a mid morning appointment which I think helped as it wasnt very busy. Simi was great and drew my blood quickly and efficiently with minimal discomfort!
I have always appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff at Quest Diagnostics. However, during my most recent visit, I was disappointed to learn that a Vitamin B6 test—originally ordered by my endocrinologist—was marked as "test not performed" in the results from July 31. When I returned on August 6 for another test, I hoped to complete the missing Vitamin B6 test, but I was told that a new physician’s order was required.
