Checked in on my phone, walked in and waited absolutely no time before I was taken back. The woman who did my blood draw (I wish I remembered her name) recognized that I have smaller veins and can’t use the standard size. She was so quick with the draw that I didn’t even feel it, and for once it left no bruise! You would have never thought I had blood work done that day.

My tech, Emily I believe, was extremely efficient, friendly, and patient as we had to get my Doctor office to fax the order. I was greeted by everyone on the staff as I had an issue with your website because it was down and I wanted to come earlier than scheduled. They were all very friendly and reassuring. The website came back up and I was impressed on how easy it was to reschedule. I felt this staff was the happiest and friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a quest lab. This was the lab in Davision Michigan.
Shout out to Emily! She was awesome! Pleasant conversation, skilled at drawing blood with no pain, caring and professional.
