My tech, Emily I believe, was extremely efficient, friendly, and patient as we had to get my Doctor office to fax the order. I was greeted by everyone on the staff as I had an issue with your website because it was down and I wanted to come earlier than scheduled. They were all very friendly and reassuring. The website came back up and I was impressed on how easy it was to reschedule. I felt this staff was the happiest and friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a quest lab. This was the lab in Davision Michigan.
Shout out to Emily! She was awesome! Pleasant conversation, skilled at drawing blood with no pain, caring and professional.
I am the worst at getting blood drawn, I pass out everytime. The lady was very proactive, asked how I wanted to be sitting or laying, she asked which arm I’d prefer and she even got me an ice pack as a preventative measure. I didn’t pass out! She was very kind and taking me though it and not in an overwhelming way. The check in process was easy on my phone, they have a lobby that’s just a computer to sign in. I found it easy, but someone who doesn’t like technology might have an issue. I would recommend this place again :)
