I had such a good experience here. I’m a wimp when it comes to getting my blood drawn but the woman that took my blood made me feel so comfortable, I wish i had gotten her name but she did absolutely amazing.
The phlebotomists are only "nice to those with appointments", for the rest their attitud is rude and ignore the rest of the patients. Thanks to sooo many patients in that area they have a solid job.
It was above average. I would give it 5 stars but I had to wait longer than my appointment was scheduled for.
I went to Quest in Westmont for blood tests. I was taken care of very well by Ro. She seemed extremely competent, yet had a nice way of weaving a personal touch into the experience which helped to ease my anxiety.
