I go to the one on 18th St. it’s always perfect. It’s beautiful, extremely clean and staff is great. I have known Debbie there for like 15 years and she just always makes me feel I’m in the best. All the staff great- professional , pleasant and thoughtful. Also impeccably clean!! Lisa

The staff is always very friendly and show concern for the patient. They answer your questions and are very skilled and professional. Check in is easy and very clean and organized. I always use the 18th street location in Boca.
I come to the quest 06/17. And the lady not find my prescription. My dr send online she attitude like a “ I don t care”. I’m left. I’m calling to my dr and she sent the prescription again , but now for me. And I make a new appointment. 06/18 and I do my blood work The staff 6853 Sw 18Th St, Ste 301, Boca Raton, FL. Is terrible. Please management ensure patients have access to water I witnessed two people fainting and asking for water but were told that there is no water bottles or water fountains ! They both left the building looking for a store nearby just to get hydrated and feel better . Patients safety should be a priority !!!
