Easy check-in process, very little wait, and pleasant staff. Appointment availability is also better than other labs.
Incredible experience - I checked in at the kiosk at 10.18am - I was called in at 10;20 and I was on my way out the door at 10:22 with my blood drawn. I cannot say enough - No only that but I made the appointmetn at 9:30 am - 40 minutes before the appointment time
Silvana did an amazing job taking my blood, she was very careful, gave me instructions to make it easier and did it very quickly and professionally, highly recommend thanks
I don’t think anyone likes bloodwork but this had to be my best experience ever. Check-in was easy & I’m tech challenged. My appointment was on time. My philbotomist was very friendly and I relaxed immediately. Sorry I can’t remember her name—long blond braid, corner lab space. The view of the lake from her window was so peaceful! She took 10 tubes of blood and I felt absolutely nothing. I don’t have the slightest bruise or mark after!
