The techs were excellent with my one-year-old granddaughter. The tech took the time to carefully assess the best venous access, then asked another very nice tech to help with the stick and blood draw. They were very caring, patient and competent,
Dedre took care of me in 8 mins for the blood test. Poked me once, no retries. You could tell she was a professional with a lot of experience, as she was carefully massaging the veins for more blood flow.
Best location. Second time I’ve been there. From the time you check in and seat the wait is max 1 min. In and out. Thank you Deedre for the great service!
Wow! I was highly impressed with this place. I was here years ago and it has changed substantially. When you walk in, there are two kiosks to check-in, which was super easy. One of the first things I noticed was how SUPER CLEAN this place is! I had an appointment so there really was no wait time. I was greeted so nicely by the technician.
