Extremely rude people, waited there for 2 hours for no reason. After 2 hours they said that they don’t have enough staff and don’t accept walk in’s.
The staff here was extremely rude. I was waiting in the lobby when another person next to me started hyperventilating and was about to pass out. I knocked loudly on the door to get their attention and some help, which took a long time for response. The person who finally answered said loudly and rudely “what is it?? Twice this week I’ve been there and twice they turned us away SO rudely, with no help. Saying our insurance doesn’t cover - yet they do & i was given confirmation twice from our union hall. For them to find out Quest “blocks” certain tests… interesting. The women at the CL location are no help, dismissive, and rude!
