Quest has a great check in system that is quick and easy to use. The technicians are always friendly and professional with their testing.
The only place I will bring my son for blood work. Friendly staff that are able to get him on the first try.
When I arrived I realized I did not have the work order. They searched the system and found it had been sent to a different center. If it wasn’t for their efforts I would have had to reschedule. They went out of their way to help me and I was in and out in 10 minutes !
Today I had my annual blood draw appointment required for my insurance. The medical assistant informed me she would be drawing two vials from my left arm. I explained that my right arm is usually better and that I have been coming to this facility for six years without any issues. Despite this, she insisted on checking the vein in my left arm.
