Phlebotomists are efficient and kind. I have had only good experiences at this location! Convenient to schedule and drop in. They accept and bill to my insurance, too.
Do not show up even 1 minute late for you appointment or you will be prompted to reschedule. The technicians lock the door to the office before closing time (on Saturday it is 12:00) so there is no one to talk to about rescheduling if you are late for an appointment near the end of the day.
Wasn't given proper instructions or paperwork for an at-home test. When I came to drop off, employee closed and locked the door as I walked up to it. They were still open for another 15 minutes. I will use ANY other lab in the future.
