I was in a BIG hurry Friday, literally between appts, took a chance and walked into QUEST in LaQuinta inside Vons. Timing was perfect and I only waited 10 mins! KIMBERLY got me right in, knowing I had another appt to get to soon, and promptly drew my blood and got me on my way. This girl was SO sweet, kind, efficient and knew exactly what she was doing. KIMBERLY and Quest....THANK YOU‼️
Easy quick
Although this particular site is out of my way, I like it because there is never anyone in the waiting room. Not this time! I checked in and was seen in about a minute after my scheduled time. A woman had questions for the phlebotomist about her husband, and it seemed to me that my appointment would be delayed. The tech, however, said that she needed to attend to me first, and then she would be happy to address her concerns. I was very pleased with that outcome.
