Had an appointment, but it didn't show up
PROBLEMAS CON LA CITA
Quest office only has one person to be both be receptionist and phlebotomist with inconsistent internet. I can see why the only person working would be stressed out. I had to drive to the Indio office which appeared to be the same. I had to help an elderly person sign in because there was no receptionist and they do not offer help to elderly persons who are not very tech savvy. I am not impressed with this company, Lab Corps is next door. Next time I’ll go there instead.
Very convenient location, office is very clean, minimal wait time as appointments are done on time, staff very friendly and professional
