My husband and I went this morning to get lab tests for our insurance background check up. First of all, the clinic was hard to find because it is located at the major highway of US 281 to bulverde and the office was hidden from the trails so we got lost and arrived 10mins late. When we got to the building, there are no directions as where the suites numbers located at so we ended up guessing where the office is. The lady who was there today was kind and professional. She did a great job of taking my blood. One poke!
The person working the check in window was unprofessional, rude, and extremely ignorant! I went to an another location and was taken care of with no hassles what so ever!
