Clean, Quick, Professional Employees
Terrible patient experience. It took a long time to schedule an appointment. I checked in 10 minutes early and then waited over an hour to be seen. Since there is no receptionist, I tried calling the location to get someone's attention but ultimately had to knock on the waiting room door. When I told the woman who opened the door that I had been waiting for an hour, she was dismissive, told me to sit down, and said she would find someone else to help me. Excellent customer service! Very fast when you make an appointment! When you do not have one, you only wait about an hour (depending on how busy they are), yet they are very fast and friendly!
