The person who took my blood was wonderful! She was not only professional and skillful, she was also friendly and personable. She made me feel at ease - and more than that, she made me feel welcome. What an exemplary staff person!
Getting blood drawn is never pleasant, but the blood draw lady (Shanda, I think?) was incredibly skilled! I barely felt anything when she drew my blood. She was kind and caring, and made me laugh. It was a great experience in healthcare. 10/10 Would get my blood drawn there again.
