No receptionist, all they have is a kiosk to check in and nobody available to help if you have any issues. Checked in as a walk-in at 9:28am and was finally brought back at 10:55am. Numerous people were brought back before me that arrived after me. Apparently the third technician was absent today. The two technicians there seemed to be doing the best they could for being understaffed. Took 2 attempts to get my vein…
The online system of scheduling your appointment and checking-in on your phone worked seamlessly. My phlebotomist, Rose, was fantastic. She got me in and out quickly, with a smile, and I didn’t even feel the poke. 2023: The phlebotomist, Carla, is calming and efficient. She can do a draw quickly and without any discomfort. 2025: Carla was fanatic again. I didn’t even feel the needle.
If you have difficulty with computer skills or listening to phone details, this is NOT the place for you.You never speak to a person. NEVER! The waiting room is heavily stained with blood or vomit. I couldn't tell. I would prefer not to have to ever go back.
