The unfriendliness of the automated system having to call 10 times and not be able to talk to a human just to confirm that my doctors request was there. The unfriendliness of an automated tablet as an entry greeter? Came close to ripping that out of the stand and throwing it out the window. The place is very clean they were very efficient I was in and out and the person that took my test was so kind
This should be more widely available to people without insurance. It was so quick, pleasant, and easy to do. I only got to go here because of a temporary insurance card. It was so clean, quiet, and pleasant to walk around despite being directionally challenged. The person we met with was very kind, affable, and compassionate.
No receptionist, all they have is a kiosk to check in and nobody available to help if you have any issues. Checked in as a walk-in at 9:28am and was finally brought back at 10:55am. Numerous people were brought back before me that arrived after me. Apparently the third technician was absent today. The two technicians there seemed to be doing the best they could for being understaffed. Took 2 attempts to get my vein…
