Misleading/not available in Lakewood
All I need to do is get a cup to take home for a at home test. There is no receptionist and when I found someone they told me I needed to wait 40 minutes to pick up a cup that’s just sitting behind their counter.
Had appointment at 910 . Realize they r busy but at 940 still did not get lab drawn and could not wait longer . Seems inefficient compared to other qwest labs I have gone to
Can't schedule on the website. Called them and got the automated scheduling line who couldn't schedule anything and hung up on me. Walked in and nobody was at the front and had to use the tablet to schedule an appointment which took me to the website again. Quest is usually decent but this location isn't.
