I had an appointment today with quest diagnostics. The room exceeded capacity so the sign said to wait in my car and "use cell phone number". I tried to call to say I was in my car but phone line is automated. After several tries I again entered and there were only a few people in the room. When the next person was called, I explained that I had an appointment but had been in my car. The technitian said she would check on it. she never came back.
