Employees are very nice but i dont know what is going on with the waiting time to get results. I have been going to Quest for 20 years. But this year they have done some changes apparently. And you wont see results for weeks. I am very upset about this. As these results always took 2 to 4 days the most. There is noone you can contact about this. Answering maching full. Marcella was great and noticed poor coagulation when bandaging the site and asked me if I was on blood thinners. After I answered yes she reminded me to keep pressure on the site... Caring advice, rick g
Very friendly and the young lady that took my blood was superior!! She did it so well that I told her she should be the one who draws blood from children when needed because I barely felt the needle!!
No pain and no bleeding or mark afterward. Needle in correctly straight into vein. Staff honored appointment.
