I called on a Tuesday morning to make an appointment, and voice message said "the mailbox is full and cannot accept any calls at this time ".
I brought my toddler to get his blood drawn, and the phlebotomist was quite cold and unpleasant. It took over 30 minutes for her to find his vein; she had to have another co-worker hold my baby’s arm because at that point, he was so distressed and scared that he would not keep still. She seemed unprepared, and she was not very gentle with him. Finally, she found his vein but it took a long time to collect his blood.
