The phlebotomist, Juana, at the Santa Paula location, did an excellent job in drawing blood from resistant veins. I really appreciated having a more pleasant experience instead of an ordeal.
If you schedule appointment you are in and out quickly.
The check in process was quick and simple. My son was called right at his appointment time. He’s 11 and difficult to deal with when getting blood drawn but Noel was beyond patient. Noel was making conversation with him and walking him through the process. Noel went at my son’s pace and the procedure was completed with no need to restrain him or panic attack. Thanks to Noel my son thinks he’s conquered the blood drawn process. Thank you!
I checked in as instructed, on check in screen I stated i would wait outside and per screen I was advised I would be texted when time. 30 minutes later I went into see why I never received a text. The pholbotimist stated that she called my name, in the waiting room, but since I was outside I obviously was unaware of this. When i finally got in I asked why I was not summoned by text as indicated on the screen.
