This time I had 15 minutes delay with an appointment. Not normal.
Would make it zero stars if it were am option. Never have I ever seen such a poorly run lab. Awful. Absolutely do not recommend
If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been going to this Quest location for 13 years with no issues, the staff very professional in all those years. However within the last month I had an encounter with a female phlebotomist, with unprofessional hateful behavior. I have a severe medical condition and im pregnant and my doctors requested several labs to be done. It was a frustration to wait for 3 hour, having fasting for 12 hours and even my mom was in a waitlist, when they did the second call before 12, my mom was in the second list, but the red hair phlebotomist mention that she can’t be able to do the procedure because it will take her 1hr to do everything. First of all, the concern here is that she did a roll call for the waitlist and they can be able to serve everyone before 12.
