My phlebotomist Brittany made me very comfortable throughout my whole appointment. Highly recommend.
I am a repeat client so aware of the procedures for booking an appointment well in advance and check in has gotten a bit easier. I still think a receptionist would be a much better situation as I watch people come in and need help.
