Moises at the Lawrence location was incredibly professional and welcoming. I had an appointment and he made sure to honor that despite the waiting room full of patients who checked in with no appointment. Thank you for being fair to everyone. My labs were drawn smoothly. Thank you again.
I love how quickly I get in and out. The gentleman who took my samples was all in one! Customer service at the waiting room and taking the sample by himself! He deserves everything. Very professional, and willing to help people struggling with the computer in the waiting room, polite and angel hands. Hands down for him!

Reserved an appointment. No reason, the staff told they don't service what I have, they haven't even looked at the order. Never had such worst experience, don't waste your time going this place.
