From the check-in period, learning that you cannot make appointments with the same phone number for two different patients, the cleanliness of the facility and the Specialist that served us, everything was a great experience.
I had a really bad experience here. Waited over an hour after my appointment time. The employee I believe her name was deseree she had fake eye lashes and a high bun. She was yelling at me and other customers. I am so disappointed by how rude she was and how this place operates.
My 16 yo son has a condition where he has vasovagal response with blood draws. We let our phlebotomist know that ahead of time and she offered him an alternative position for the draw and some other tips that helped make this experience the best one yet. Thank you Nenita for being so amazing. We are always taken back at our appointment time for quick and easy visits at this location as well.
Just the experience of waiting in the waiting room is a pleasure. The atmosphere is much more inviting and relaxing than the other labs. You are in and out, no time wasted. There is no sitting for hours. The techs are friendly and very professional and knowledgeable of their position. You are given a friendly warm welcome when your name is called.
