I booked my same day appointment for 8:50 am. I arrived a little bit after the scheduled time but was seen immediately. The phlebotomist, Breanna (sp?), who called me in was serious about her job. She wasn’t overly friendly and she didn’t speak much which was fine with me. What was more important was that she knew what she was doing and did it well.
