I went here a few weeks ago and when I went to the restroom inside Quest there was a huge cockroach squashed in the middle of the floor. Disgusting. The lady who took my blood was very professional.
No joke, this place does bad pokes!!! Weeks later and I can laugh about it a little. But seriously, the one staff member that was there on 7/16/25 was more interested in answering her personal phone calls and talking to friends, rather than being friendly or professional towards patients. Unfortunately, when she was working she needed multiple tries to get my vein. Btw, I am not a hard stick. One of the sites she tried still hurts a little. Very efficient office, great staff, and I got my results next day, I been using Quest diagnostics for 3 years and I am very satisfied!
I made an appointment and then when I arrived they turned me away saying my insurance isn't covered by them. I called my insurance and my primary physician earlier and they both confirmed that Quest should accept my insurance. They are either liars, stupid, or both.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this blood lab. I waited **four hours** without clear updates or explanations from the staff—all while fasting. To make matters worse, I have **blood pressure issues and diabetes**, which made the prolonged wait even more difficult. At one point, a patient rescheduled their appointment right in front of me, yet the staff refused to take me instead—even though I had already been waiting for hours.
