Quest diagnostics is the worst. Please don’t take pcr. They promise results within 24-48 hrs and after 48 hours let’s you know your sample is missing they did not receive it. Waste of money going there and time following up. Ask to cancel insurance & they put it back on doctors requesting. They asked us to get a doctors request for pcr which is not required, so because they have to get paid they ask that and put it on the doctors to cancel the order & billing with insurance.
