I waited an extra 30 min from my appointment time!
Quest on Harlem road is very convenient to my home. I made a reservation and received a text to check in online. The wait was minimal, the wait room clean and the technician was super friendly and excellent in drawing my blood. I was in and out in record time.
In the time from I checked in on my phone to my walking in the door they were already calling for me. Quite efficient.
