You should really be a bit more compassionate to those coming in there. I came in for some repeat blood work today due to some pretty bad news I received only minutes before coming in. I left in tears. The lady who drew my blood was short, cold, and had absolutely NO bedside manner. Not to mention she was so fast and rough that it was actually very uncomfortable. If you dislike your job that much, the last thing you need to be doing is working in the medical field. I will avoid going back here at all costs.

They see one person per 10 minutes. My wait was an hour and I was 8 in line.
The tech there just added an hour on to my home health nursing day because she refused to give me a urine vacutainer vial for a UA to drop off. Made me drive to office and back IN RAIN and 4PM TRAFFIC. Happy karma to you.
I absolutely love the girls here! They have ALWAYS been so pleasant! Love the conversations! They all deserve a raise!
The staff was wonderful with my 9 yr old son that has bad anxiety issues with needles. One of the techs actually went in her wallet and gave him 5 one dollar bills for being so big and his brother one too so he wouldn't feel left out! Wonderful staff they had there on 2/6/2016!
